Product Export Partially Saved as .csv

I'm trying to export more than 175,000 products. In the Admin I get the green export complete popup confirmation but the file isn't listed to be downloaded.

If I look in the App_Data/DataExchange/Downloads folder a .csv file is there but it isn't complete. There is no .zip file being generated.

This has happened several times. On certain occasions, it works OK. What would be the cause of this behavior?

Hi,

Check your Error log to see if there are any clues there. Most likely it is just a whole lot of records, and it puts a strain on the server. Try the export during a time when the server is quiet, and see if that makes any difference.
