Email Templates, Preview??

PLEASE Help me with this:
How I can to preview the the Email Template that I created??

Navigate to configure->Email-Email Templates. Open your required Email Template and then click the Edit icon under message label, it will open HTML editor for you. You can switch the source and visual view by clicking the Source option in the HTML editor.

Thanks for your help but HOW to see it with DATA?
And no any HTML editor in admin! Only text editor!

Suppose that you created some Email Template which you want to be sent to you when some order is placed. First of all assign this Email a suitable trigger, for this example Email Template the trigger will Order Placed trigger. Now go to the store side and place some order, you will receive an Email to your store admin email account having the data you described in the Email template.

THANK YOU! I know that way but I think that admin must have the other easy tool to see the previews for themplates, Is not?

There is no actual "preview" feature - these are HTML email templates and can only be rendered when the data is given to the template.

If you want to see what the templates look like, just create an order for your admin account in the store.

Switch to the admin side and view the order.

The email address on the order details page is a clickable link. Clicking that link presents you with a list of all the available email templates. Select any one of of the order-specific templates and AC7 will send a live copy to your admin address.

Rinse and repeat to see the other templates.

Remember that certain templates are designed to fired at specific events, so they may not look precisely as you expect because you are testing from an order. Not all email templates are entirely based on an order. But this will at least give you an easy way to view most of what you are looking to see.
