I am, I like having paypal as a payment option, But I dont want the express check out.

The reason I ask is because our agreement with PayPal requires us to show express checkout if you are using website payments pro. I imagine this is probably buried in your own merchant agreement with them. I will be unable to assist in any code modification that disables the feature.

Dose it have to be on every page with the mini cart? The colors of the button look bad on my site.

Technically? Yes. That's the design specification we (AbleCommerce) agreed to. I can't advise on how to work around it.
