I would like to upload some large (100 mb) files to the server using ftp. The files will be available for digital download and they include .swf files, mp3's, etc. What folder do I upload them to?
Then, how do I make sure I can connect that file to the proper product?

If they are for digital products download, they go in the AppData/DigitalGoods folder.
