We are having major issues getting into our back end and moving around it. It just hangs up. We have 10 sites and only 2 of them do it. At times it goes right in and at times it can take 2 minutes or just stops trying. It can work great and then take forever.
The site does not lag when it happens and the front never lags. It is only when in the backend or trying to get into the back end.
Any help would greatly be appreciated. If you know someone I can hire to fix, please let me know.
No errors show up in the logs. This has done it since we lauched in February on one site and March on the other.
The sites having issues are:

Please help, this is driving me crazy. I don't know who to contact to get support.

Are these the two sites with the lowest amount of traffic? Perhaps the application is being thrown out of memory.

You may want to check the Application Logs of the two sites.
To check the Application Logs you will need to go on the server and look in the App_Data > Logs directory. You can open the app.log file in notepad and review any errors.
Are all the AbleCommerce installs the same version?

The problem lies, when RoadKill is in their backend Admin which is using SSL and click the "Store" icon at the top, which switches from SSL to Non SSL.
I have IIS .Net and SQL all setup with defaults, nothing has been modified.
If the site "hangs" and I recycle the application pool for the IIS Site, it then is fine for another 2-3 minutes, but then returns to "hanging"
I would be happy to let you into the server via support software and I am willing to pay you for your time and support.
Can we set something up?

Just open a support case if you want to move forward on this. We need to identify what's different about these two accounts, especially if you're not getting any hints in the log files.

This was due to a SLOW server...we double the speed, etc and it fixed it. Apparently we had a bunch of files, etc...
