Server Application Unavailable - Error

Has any ever received this error? We have been getting it for several days now.

Server Application Unavailable

The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

When I have seen that, it is usually because the app pool has stopped for some reason.
