Sales over time and monthly sales reports

Why do the sales over time and monthly sales reports show 0 for the current month instead of a running total?

Is it still happening? Do you have any more details about this issue?

Still doing it. The sales over time report on the dashboard shows 0 for the month of October on the 6 month tab but shows sales on the 7 day tab. It is the same if I run the other reports that report sales and that show monthly totals have October at $0.

Did you change any of your order statuses so that there is not an X in the Report column?

I have performed some tests and it seems for past six months we are not considering current month. I am going to report this in our log for further discussion.

The reports all show daily and monthly sales just not the current month running total.

I think it was same in AC7? Past months report doesn't consider current month sales.

Might have been. I had some custom reports Joe had made, just seems like it should show a running total.
