Error trying to Install

Hi

I am trying to install a new copy of Able Gold 11 wsp using a web browser from the install\default.aspx page

I get this error using IE 8. Can anyone help?

I haven't heard of anyone having problems with IE8, but that is quite old and it's possible that the browser might be an issue. You could try Firefox or Chrome to eliminate that as the problem.

Are you accessing the file properly? For example, you should be going to http://localhost (or whatever your website name is)/install/default.aspx
If you are using Visual Studio, then you would launch the file in a browser from within the project.

What is the ASP.NET version that your website is published under? It should be Asp.Net 4.5.
