Comment out ConLib?

Post by NC Software » Wed Sep 21, 2016 2:34 am

Am I missing something obvious? How can I comment out a [[ConLib]] in HTML without removing the ConLib. It seems wrapping it in HTML < ! -- isn't working. I want to restore the ConLib later so I prefer to leave the text in the html.

If you have WYSIWYG editor enabled from Administration > Configure > Store > General page, you have to click on the 'HTML' option in toolbar and then try to use the HTML comments e.g. < ! -- [[ConLib]] -->.

If you don't have WYSIWYG editor enabled, comments should work straight away.

That's strange. I just tested with/without editor enabled and it worked for me. By the way, I am testing in Gold R12.

I don't remember for sure and can't think of a site to look on, but try server tags or ## before the conlib.
