Deadlocked transaction error in AC7 Error Log

I have a site running 7.03 Build 12458 getting these errors. The client has 7-8 administrators that might all be using the admin at the same time. The errors showing in the error log are:

Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown.; Transaction (Process ID 88) was deadlocked on lock | communication buffer resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

We see these errors several times a day.

The database is on a shared MS/SQL 2005 server.
