Disable ability to update shopping cart

[CASE]

Does anyone know if there is a way to disable a user's ability to update the shopping cart for specific products? We have a job posting form managed in another system that passes information to the AbleCommerce shopping cart. However, once the user approves their posting, they are sent to AbleCommerce. We want to make sure that can't change the selections they made on the form in the shopping cart.

I think you can hide the quantity box. and you may be able to hide the delete box for select products.
