Paypal Checkouts

Hello All,
We're coming towards the end of our project and we must now start dealing with some problems that we have not been able towork around.

Paypal.
Is there a way to get a PayPal button the Basket/cart page, like the Google checkout button?

I see that we have a PayPal option in the CC# input panel, but is there a way to jump to a Paypal checkout straight from the cart?

I just saw a post about PayPalExpress and shared hosting (we're on Godaddy).

But I don't see it on our Dev box either.

How do I turn it "on"?
