May want to remove the 2 year old hack that fixed validators

There was a 2 year old hack that fixed the validator controls for use with AJAX prior to .NET v2 sp1. That hack is still in AbleCommerce when it doesn't need to be according to this...

I'd suggest removing it now that we should all be patched beyond that by now.
