My client sells used network equipment and wants to add a condition option to all parts. Is there a way to do it without having to add the option to each part?

Also can options be imported with dataport?

Certainly. Just create a Product Template that contains a Merchant-side field for Condition. He can then assign the product template to each product.

Not 100% sure but I don't believe options can be imported with store products.

I think you can import options if you use the XML format. But not if you use the CSV format.
