Hi,
I have a kitted product priced at £199.99 which is shown correct in the product detail. If I add the item to the cart the product price is showing as £197.39 in the sidebar cart and cart page which is wrong. My tax rule is set to 15%, round-up setting to 'always round-up'. See the attached image to see this happening.
[UPDATE] ALL products, even non-kitted items, have the wrong line price when added to the cart.
Maybe my install is screwy as I still can't add kitted products to the cart when it has one of the product options selected. See, viewtopic.php?f=42&t=11889.
I'd really like to have these fundamental issues resolved so I can commit and get off my evalutaion license and buy a full license.
Any help would be appreciated.

Found the problem. Global Volume Discount was discounting the item AND then order total. I have raised a case for this as I think this is a bug.
Removing the volume discount the correct line item price is in the cart.
