Where do you get the 7.0.2 to 7.0.3 upgrade?

I've read the instructions about 100 times. Where am I actually supposed to get the upgrade though? Was it supposed to be emailed out or am I just missing something?

In above upgrade instructions page its stated as below

To download the upgrade for AbleCommerce 7.0.3, you will need to have an active subscription. We will notify all subscription holders when a new version is available for download. If you are not notified and believe you are entitled to this upgrade, please open a new case and be sure to include your order number.

So if you didn't get any notification then you need to open a case here
