Not accepting debit cards with Paypal Pro

Hello,

I have activated Paypal Pro with Ablecommerce v 7.1 build:10875 and have noticed that the site is not accepting any of the major debit cards (Maestro/Solo etc) but accepts all credit cards. I get error message in the control panel: Capture Failed. I have activated all the cards in the control panel and makes no difference, I have spoken with Paypal and all is fine on their side. Could anyone tell me the reason for this?

These are the comments from Paypal:

Paypal: "When I checked the logs from here, I noticed that the error message that was returned is 10567 - "A Start Date or Issue Number is required."
This means that you are not passing a Start Date or Issue Number. With Maestro or Solo cards, you need to pass Start Date or Issue Number.
Verify this and let me know if you are still having issues."

Paypal: It is possible you are putting in the issue number but your cart is not sending it over to PayPal.
Please contact your cart vendor for assistance on obtaining the API Request and API Response for the transaction you tried today and reply back to this ticket with that information.
In the Request, delete your API credentials and card number if present before sending it to me.
