Hide MSRP if it's the same as Price on Product & Cat pages

I am trying to hide the Reg. Price (MSRP) on the Product and Category Pages if it is the same as the current sales price. Our pricing changes a lot and I want to keep the MSRP entered on all products all the time. Right now we have to manually remove the MSRP if it's the same as the current selling price.

You can edit and perfirn show/hide reg price in Website/ConLib/ProductPrice.ascx file.

Could you give me a few details on what I need to code for in ProductPrice.ascx in order to suppress the RegPrice if it's the same as the current Selling price.
