Digital Goods Activation
We have certain digital goods in our store that if the customer is a member the price is $0. We have the digital goods configured to activate on full payment. I get that with the $0 orders they will have to be manually activated but the email does not go to the customer? When I go to admin, click order, click digital goods and click activate, no email is sent?

You may want to check in ADMIN the Email Templates. (Configure > Email > Templates)
I dont know what version you have but look for a template that may have "ESD File Activated" there should be a trigger listed for that. If not, for that 'name" follow across the row go and click on the "edit icon notepad" and select the "event trigger" tab. From here you will be able to select when the email is to be sent out.
