Error during upgrade from 7.0.3 to 7.0.4

Upgrading our last development server this morning to 7.0.4 and received the following error. I've successfully upgrade our other servers and encountered no problems. (They are all mirrors of each other.) (See file for error message.)

I looked at the ac_orders table and do not see the constraint, but the upgrade said it was complete. If the reported error is the only problem, I can run the SQL query. It looks like the server was bogged down.

Or is the bottom line that it is always best to rollback and start over again?

If your site is working after the upgrade, then I don't think you would need to revert.
I have received an error on several upgrades to 7.0.5- "The index 'CountryCode' is dependent on column 'CountryCode'.......
The sites are running 7.0.5 ok, so I have learned to disregard the error. If I still get the error on a 7.0.6 upgrade, I mean to report it- it can be scary even though it might not have affected the upgrade.

Thanks for the feedback Judy. Yes, definitely sounds scary. I ended up rolling back and re-ran the upgrade just fine.

I ran the upgrade on another server and received a new set of errors. These errors look to be caused by replication settings. I've had errors on another server as a result of custom indexing. Should the upgrade have additional error trapping to account for errors like this?

After the errors, it still said upgrade complete. Under what conditions will it NOT say upgrade complete? The site is running, but do I have a ticking timebomb here?

Can anyone from AC weigh in here please?
