I have been using Able Commerce for 2 years. Happy with the product as a standalone store. I have been researching how to integrate this Able Commerce store with my other selling channels - retail and catalog sales. I am currently using a proprietary SQL based system to manage the other channels and this system provides NO DEV Documentation. Plus, I am using QuickBooks to manage the accounting side of everything. Too many different packages doing too many of their own things.....need to run it all under one roof. Looking for ANY suggestions as to what someone in a similar situation would you for CONTENT MANAGEMENT. This seems to be our biggest initial hurdle. Something that will play nice with Able and communicate well but has space for additional needs that we have as an organization. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD HELP. SITEFINITY was suggested via a forum link but as far as I can tell nobody that is suggesting it is actually using it.
Only the Able community can understand why I dont want to leave Able and hope we can locate a scalable solution......
