I am trying to figure out why my shipping methods aren't working correctly. I want to have free ground shipping based upon a minimun order of $70. So if the customer orders $69 worth of product or less they will pay for shipping and if they order $70 or more it will be free.
Under my shipping methods I have the following:
1. Name: [Free Ground Shipping] Type: [Flat Rate]
Shipping Charge [0.00]
Shipping Tax Code [empty]
handling fee [empty
For Warehouse, Groups [All]
Zones [Contiguous U.S.]
Minimum Purchase [70.00]
2. Name [UPS Ground] Provider [UPS Online Tools]
Service [UPS Ground]
Shipping Tax Code [empty]
Handling Fee [empty]
Warehouse and Grounds [All]
Zones [All]
Minimun Purchase [empty]
The rest of the shipping choices are for Overnight, First Overnight and 2nd Day Air -- so there are 5 shipping methods all together.
When I put in an order for less then $69 it is still giving me free shipping. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?
