I have a bit of a conundrum, I'm not sure if there is a way around it.
I have a client that is a head office for over 100 smaller companies (think major depts if it is easier to understand), and the head office purchases online training courses from our shop for individual staff members at these smaller companies.
As part of their process, they not only need to get the order confirmation for themselves, but need to send a copy of the order to the smaller company (so that they know their staff member is doing the training). The individual student also needs to be advised of the training course purchased for them, and they get sent an individual redeem code for the course.
At present, everything is running through a manual process both in our office and the head office of our client to distribute these order confirmations and redeem codes (digital products) to everybody involved. That is - head office purchases all the training courses under their login (and their special price discount in the group), and then the confirm order email and the related digital product email are both sent to head office.
I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on how this might be achieved, even in part, from the shop.
