payment autorization failed/payment capture failed

Hi,

If there are 2 different products(DIY product, RAR product) of 2 different vendors(DIY,RAR). if the payment fails, i need to send payment autorization failed/payment capture failed notification emails to vendor and customer based on product and vendor

That would require several customizations to the storefront to accomplish your goal.

AbleCommerce isn't designed to send different email templates based on the vendor and/or product(s) involved with the order. In a larger storefront with 10,000+ products, this would be far too cumbersome to implement and manage.
