Hi,
We implemented Paypal express gateway (in addition to our standard Authorize.net interface). All orders are bcc'd to our admin. with the trigger being when an order is "authorized" the order confirmation is sent to customer with a bcc sent to us. Authorize.net works fine but when a buyer uses Paypal, we don't receive a copy of the email. I'm assuming the customer does but I don't have a way to test that to make sure either. Any idea what the problem might be?

Hi,
Some of the gateways will have transactions for "authorization pending", or something along those lines. You might try adding the additional trigger for the Order Notification email.
