Development and licensing?

I was asked to help out on an Able Gold site. They have a live site and a development site. I want to be able to also run the site as :localhost" on my development machine so I don't have to waste time copying files up to the development server every time I make a change. How do I do that with the licensing?

I've tried accessing with localhost with no license and it says I need one. So I tried using the development license and it redirects me to the development domain. Do we need to request a third license key just to be able to run an Able site locally under localhost?

Is that even possible?

Does each developer that wants to run a copy of the site locally need their own key?

Will the existing development license and production license keys remain intact?

Hi,

Just have your client request a development key using their order. Make sure the version is specified and well as the domain 'localhost'
