Captcha Not Displaying

I just installed on our Staging server and the captcha for the admin is not displaying. TIA!

I've seen that happen before but not in Able Gold.

In Able 7.x, here was the solution I found that worked in most cases:

I can not guess the issue with your install, please post more details like which version you are using. Also try the fix mentioned by Joe and let us know if the fix worked.
