Print the Merchant Guide?

Is it possible to print out the entire Ablecommerce Merchant Guide? I don't see a way to do that from within the guide itself.

Before anyone even asks... to ME, it's completely unnecessary and absolutely insane - everything is right there at your fingertips in the electronic guide, easily searchable, etc.

We're just about to upgrade to R10, and the CFO of my business (who also happens to be my WIFE), is one of those people that needs to TOUCH & FEEL PAPER, and be able to write notes on it - in order to learn.

So... as insane as I think it is, I love my beautiful wife and would like to help her get what she wants!

So... if anyone knows of a way to print out the entire guide, I would love to hear it.

I'll try and get you a PDF that you can print, but there is no guarantee that everything will fit properly on each printable page. Some of the screenshots are wide, so they may be cut off. I will try and remember to do this tomorrow. Please let me know where to send it.
