Identify DISABLED users in the User List

I don't use GOLD yet but in 707 it would be nice, just like in JIRA and other products that if a user is disabled they are indicated as such either with linethrough or italic/light gray. Consider good visuals of user status in user listings, etc.

Good idea Neal. We normally don't add features without using the voting system, but this has little impact but it would be a really nice UI improvement. I'm going to write up a request and submit it for review.
