R10 ShipStation error

I've got a client trying to set up shipstation. We've confirmed the API and url settings are correct.

But we can't do the shipstation export. Even with a single order, we get the error:

Failed to export Order#174859: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden..

Any suggestions?

Shipstation discontinued the MASHAPE key shortly after we released Gold R10. This is probably the reason it's not working. Try going to the Data > ShipStation > Settings page, and change the Endpoint URL to -

API Base Url -
https://ssapi.shipstation.com/

Thanks Katie. The updated URL resolved the issue and we can now import into ShipStation. We did not have to clear the Mashape value.
