International shipping

Post by freedom1029 » Thu Nov 15, 2007 10:34 am

I would like to know how you guys deal with international shipping as far as shipping price is concern. I am located in Canada and uses USP and FedEx real-time but these only seem to work for US and Canadian addreses. So how should I process for international?

Thanks in advance,
Eric

Can you give me an example of a destination address that is not working? Like from Canada to UK? I will test this now but more detail might help me.
Cheers,
Logan

Hi Logan,
thanks for taking the time to investigate the problem. It seems to be inconsistent for the moment but here is a screen shoot taken by one of my client located in Canada mentionning that there was no shipping method available. http://www.clemex.com/bug/clemex_store_shipping.jpg

Yes I know I mentionned previously that it was'nt working for international shipping but the problem seems to occur for canadian as well.

Logan one weird thing was that if I use the shipping estimate tool with that same address then an amount is show for UPS standard.

If you need our strore address here it is: http://www.clemex.com/store/Default.aspx

Thanks,
Eric
