Importing orders with data import utility

The orders import seems to only bring in data to the ac_Orders table. I don't see any support for ac_OrderItems, ac_OrderItemInputs etc.

What was the intent for providing import of orders? It seems like it would cause more problems than it solves given it doesn't allow importing any entries for the sub-files. Who would want to import only order header information? Won't AC7 get flakey when it sees an order missing all the usual sub-items normally associated with an order?

I have an extensive order history I'd like to convert for my customers and need to know if I should write a conversion myself or just wait.
