Browsing the feature list..

Optionally display in-stock message, and out of stock message. May include number of products in stock.
Is the "out of stock" message just referring to the error message when adding a out of stock product to the cart?
Product weight, and dimensions (L x W x H) can be used to calculate shipping costs.
Is this true for real time shipping? IE..if a package is too long for a specific shipping method it wont be listed?
Setup pricing rules for customer groups (levels). e.g. Master Distributor, Distributor, Wholesale, Dealer, VAR, Jobber, etc.
How do you set groups up? I see how to create a new group name but I cant for the life of me figure out how to set pricing discounts etc for them.

Ok I figured out the "out of stock" message. You have to turn show inventory on and then if you dont want to display the actual quantities just take out the {0} for where it says "in stock message".

Yes, with considerations. You have to provide the dimensions AND set the product to "ship separate". Otherwise, the product gets lumped into a package and the dimensions are not taken into account.

When you set something to ship separate, the dimension information is relayed to the gateway to get size specific rates and services.

After you've made the group, you can make discounts and/or coupons that only apply to the group. On the product level, you can go into into the "pricing rules" menu. You can set a specific price that will only be given to members of a group.
