Shipping estimator client tracking.

Is it possible to tell if a client leaves the site after looking at the shipping estimator?

I don't think so. Shipping estimator is displayed on product page as a control in the side bar. When you submit the shipping estimate request you stay on the same page. In tracking you only track page views. You can't know if the customer left after checking the shipping estimator unless you are determined to track by adding your own custom code inside shipping estimator.
