Disappearing/Reappearing Configuration Error

I have my development site hosted on GoDaddy. Every few days I get a Configuration Error for web.config line 126

The site will be down for several hours then start working again without my doing anything. I don't change configurations before or after the problem. GoDaddy says their server is definitely working properly and that it's a scripting error. Is this possible?

Hello,

We had our test godaddy site go down for hours at a time multiple times without explanation. Unfortunately I don't remember the specific error that we'd gotten.

I searched the forums and our support system for '126' and your post is the only one returned. So it certainly appears to be isolated to godaddy.
