Free shipping coupon

hi everyone,

I added a free shipping coupon via Admin interface (setup purchase min, and discount 100% ). I want to apply this coupon instead of one of the regular shipping methods. Also I need that this coupon appears in the Shipping Methods selection box as a shipping method but with coupon name, and it will replace of one regular shipping method, for example. But it doesn't appear! What is wrong? Please help.

Coupons related to shipping discounts do not show as an available shipping method. They are just coupon codes entered in the coupon code field during the checkout process.
