Payment Gateway (SkipJack) Question

Now that I'm live, I'm using the live gateway and I can authorize payments just fine. They are approved and they show up in my gateway register.

However, when I try to void any transaction, I receive an error telling me that my developer serial number is invalid. This is a live account that uses the HTML serial number. To my knowledge the live account doesn't have a developer serial number.

I have the following:

1) HTML Serial number
2) Login Serial number
3) Login ID
4) Login Password

I tried using the login serial as the developer serial, but that didn't work. I also tried using the html serial number in both places as well, and that didn't work either. Any ideas?

Please disregard ... I contacted Skipjack and had them provide me with my developer serial.
