Order# increment issue

Order# increment issue

Our orders jumped from 345 to 351. What happened?

I'm guessing it's because some payment methods require the order to be temporarily saved before the transaction completes. If the transaction does not complete i.e. the visitor cancels at some point, the temporary order is removed automatically.
