Error message on checkout

I'm getting an odd message after entering test card information and clicking on Checkout. I'm taken to the receipt page where I get a blank order and the error:
[[ConLib:ReceiptPage]] Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I see the following line in the error log:
Unhandled exception during checkout. Invalid object name 'acgold.dbo.ac_Countries'.

No problems in finding the ac_Countries table, but I don't know where the 'acgold' is coming from.

Additionally, I get the following warning in the error log:
Error obtaining rate quote for shipping method 'UPS Standard'. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

We just added our UPS online account information and it validated correctly.

This is running the AC7 final that was freshly installed on a new (well, rebuilt) development server. The UPS account information was used successfully on an earlier install with no problems. We also had regular test orders being created on the previous install (R3) as well.

Any suggestions, folks?

Fixed. It was an issue with the AbleCommerce - VisionCore integration tool.
