Missing Sales Grid Images

Hello, Im working with AbleCommerce for the first time. basicly I had one problem and one question.

#1. Problem. When I log into the admin area the grids that show the sales patterns are showing a missing image icon instead of the image.

#2. The navigational bar that has the stock "contact us button" where can I find this for editing?

1)- It will be more helpful if you provide the screen shot of this here.

2)- Website\App_Data\Scriptlets\Default\Header\Standard Header.htm You can edit it in browser for this first login as admin then from the store side click the edit button at the very end of the page and then edit the header.
