Nothing happens by pressing Checkout Button

Hi All,

I have configured AbleCommerce7.0. At Local Development Server Checkout is working mens after pressing Checkout it ask for user information. But same application at online it does not ask for user information..

Means problem is that after pressing Checkout button nothing happens and user remains on same page.

Can any one suggest what can be the problem?

@pradyuman The Checkout Now button does exactly what you describe using FireFox 3. Oddly, I could not add anything to the cart using IE. So I never made it to the cart page with IE.

Here's what I saw with IE

1. Went to http://216.139.230.124/Amber-Hagen-Baby ... -P607.aspx
2. Selected size 3-6M.
3. Selected color Red.
4. After about 1 second, my selections were cleared.

5. Then I tried clicking on Add to Cart without any selections.
6. The validation errors appeared.
7. Then I was able to make the size and color selections.
8. But, clicking on Add to Cart did nothing (not even an Ajax callback).

With FireFox I was able to make size and color selections and the Add to Cart button took me to the cart page. At that point the Checkout Now button did nothing.

The only odd thing I noticed is that the flexcroll.js file is missing. Perhaps it is required to make the checkout work.

Same results with my IE 7.

That's a pretty heavily modified product page. Looks like some sort of additional javascript is interfering with the AJAX postback javascript.
