shipping discount integrated carriers
We need to take a 10% discount off of the integrated carriers price. How do we do that? Any help is appreciated!

You can apply a shipping discount by navigating to: Marketing > Coupons > Add Coupon > Shipping Coupon.
Just apply the discount, and then you can select whether to apply it to all shipping methods or selected shipping methods.
A downside with using shipping coupons is that you must setup a coupon code. You cannot automatically apply such a discount. Also, if you choose a specific method, such as "Next Day Air" and the shipping drop down is currently selected for "UPS Ground", the coupon code will fail. You would need to first select "UPS Next Day Air" and then apply the coupon code. I can see how this could confuse customers.
Alternately, if you try to apply a negative handling fee on the shipping method page, it will not apply based on the logic that it's a handling fee and not a discount.
