Adding a new Payment Gateway to Able Commerce

Hello,

I have an asp developer I work with to modify my able commerce software. Could anyone give me an estimate on how many hours it should take a good coder to add a new payment gateway to able 7.0?

I have all the credentials he needs to match the cc processor however he will have to make the plug-in.

Any suggestions would be great, thanks.
