Hi,
We are a Canadian Company, with a Fedex.ca account. Our Shipping Charges are done in CAD.
Our Ablecommerce system is setup for base currency USD. (to cater more to our US Market)
The problem is, that Fedex is passing us shipping numbers in CAD, and the AC system is not recognizing this. It thinks it is USD and shows the CAD amount to our US Customers.
Additionally, Canadian Customers are having the exchange rate applied to this number and are being charged even more.
Ex. 1.25 currency exchange,
Actual Charge from Fedex: $10.00 CAD
US Customer Shipping Amount: $10.00 USD
CAN Customer SHipping Amount: $12.50 CAD
What is a solution to this? We can not have Fedex change their base to US because that will affect all our internal billing, and we don't want to change the base currency of AC.
