shipping issue

Hello,

I am committing any silly mistake to configuring Shipping Estimation(USPS) . i have previously find out these link from forum . but i havent found any proper solution for my query.

I am describing my whole procedure(steps) which i following to configuring USPS.
(1) (Configure > Shipping >Method) and then click on "Integrated Providers" menu.
(2) Then Click On "Add to Carrier" Button.
(3) Then Select USPS option.
(4) Then I have registed myselg on "https://secure.shippingapis.com/Registration"
(5) so i have got "UserName" and "Password" at my mail Id. i am also sending you the screen layout of this page(Layout1.jpg)
(6) in this page there is a option for the "UserId" i entered "Username" at that place..and click on next button..and after testing again i have sent the email to
E-mail: "icustomercare@USPS.com"

they gave me two API's in second mail these are as follows
The URLs you will use for the Production Servers are:
http://production.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPI.dll
https://secure.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPI.dll

on that page APIs are already filled where i have to enter these API's..first one API is same with that but there were not a option for secure(second one API)..

two modes are there
1) TEST MODE
2) ENABLE DEBUG MODE

which i should make enable and which one should be Disable.(THIS IS VERY CONFUSING)

first i make TEST Mode :-Enable and Save it

Now i have "SELECT SERVICE SHIPPING METHOD" :-"USPS Parcel Post"
and fill all the entries for that shipping mathod like
name
handling fee
warehouse
etc


my warehouse address is valid US address..
and finally when i select any product from basket and select Country ,State,City and valid postal code ..so still it gives message like

"No shipping methods are available for the current items and/or the given destination. "

I THINK THE MAJOR ISSUE IS RELATED TO API's IN THE SECOND MAIL THEY ARE PROVIDING ME 2 API's WHICH I HAVE MENTIONED BEFORE .WHERE I HAVE TO ENTER THESE API's.

are already mentioned

But what about these API's which is given by second mail(by icustomercare@USPS.com)..how to replace these with default one...
