For some PayPal orders, I get:
PayPal Authorize $0.00 PENDING Waiting for IPN (PENDING)
Is this because there is something about that customers paypal account
that AC7 doesn't like?

Generally it is because they did not finish the checkout process but sometime (rarely) the payment actually did go through so I usually check paypal and if the payment is not there then I shoot off a payment error E-mail.

I forgot about that.
I think some people are not hitting the PayPal button when it goes
to the second screen. I think it would be better it it just went
right to paypal the first time they hit the paypal button.
Also, I had to take out the Payment Information section on the top of the
last checkout page because it was confusing customers on whether
they paid or not, . . when they would see Payments: 0.00.
