Sales tax setup..mine is all screwed up this year

My state sales tax was all mesed up this year some of it because of custom coding and my particular setup which I think is fixed now.

I would like to know if anyone can help me fix it in quickbooks though. The tax from AC7 comes over as a line item and on my "sales tax liability" report it is only showing the cost of the freight (the last line item before the tax line) on my total sales column. Does anyone have this working correctly? My report is all goofy and I think I just need to setup quickbooks correctly yet I am not sure what needs to be changed.
