Possible to cascade choices to change cost of choices?

I know... this is a tough one, but another cart doesn't even understand the question:

Product: Shirt

Choice > color RED:

Select size:
Small adds $0.00
Large adds $10.00


Choice > color BLUE:

Select size:
Small adds $10.00
Large adds $20.00


Is this possible WITHOUT editing a grid layout like BVC's? In other words, a shirt with 10 colors and 4 sizes makes a grid of possible combinations that's impossible to edit in less than an evening.

By selecting the color, a different "size" menu is added (or swapped onto) to the product's page, or similar.

The way Able does it is using a similar grid in the admin. You set up an option for size, one for color, then you have a variant grid to edit that can generate a lot of rows.
