Enabling Product Inventory Tracking by Default

Is there any way to enable the Inventory Tracking option for all products?

You have to adjust it on product level because you have to enter the available stock etc. Their is a store setting which you can turn on/off to enable disable the inventory management. You check this setting in store settings page.
