Hi All,
This is a tricky one. The other day I got a telephone order. I put 2 items in the basket and proceed to checkout. The customer has two coupons. The first offers 10% off the order excluding item 1. The second offers $5 off item 1.
When I enter the first coupon (%) into the system, then the second coupon ($), it works fine. I can complete checkout.
When I enter the second coupon ($) into the system, then the first coupon (%), the first coupon fails the the message "The coupon code you've entered requires a minimum item quantity of 0." At this point I must clear the order and start over and remember to enter the coupons in the correct sequence.
I was unable to duplicate this error in the front end. It only occurs in the back end.
Anyone have a quick code fix?
Thanks,
Brian
discount sequence issue
Re: discount sequence issue
What is the type of both coupons? One more thing you can apply multiple coupons if you have enable Allow Combine option for the coupons.
Re: discount sequence issue
first is % off order. second is $ off order.
both are combinable with other coupons.
THanks,
Brian
